Developed for BU4, MFG1.1, Bursa, Turkey, the washer Control Software enables pre-defined products to be sent to the washing machine with the correct carrier and the program number of the washing machine. This project aims to prevent operator errors by automatically selecting programs on washing machines, and to reduce operator errors to zero during manual uterus label writing by operators.
The flexible nature of the program allows for individual fault checking, for authorized control, for adding new products to the system, and more.
With washer control software, reports can be delivered in daily, time range or date range; when desired, output in .xls or similar formats can be obtained. Since reports are also saved to the host, other programs will be able to access these reports from other computers. Product name, type number, grundrahmen number, type of grundrahmen, number of uterus on the report screen, information such as the number of products, program number, washer time, washer time, etc..
Temperature control with the thermal camera can be selected based on which area of the picture taken.
Cards have been used for authorization in this project and each authority is authorized to interfere with the software in its sole discretion. A fully authorized official can also assign new permissions to enter the password and retrace the process on the software.
