Kartela Web is a software that enables companies participating in textile fairs to take orders easily without the need to carry devices like barcode scanners or laptops.

Companies take orders via barcode scanning, and these orders are automatically sent via e-mail to both the buyer and the seller. This process allows the head office to monitor orders in real-time during the fair.

Furthermore, it saves time and minimizes the risk of error by eliminating the need for manual data entry. Thus, companies can manage the fair process more efficiently and organized.

How Does Kartela Web Work?

The most important feature of our program is that it connects to your phone's camera, allowing you to use the barcode scanning function.

With barcode scanning, the system automatically detects which swatch is registered in the database.

After manually entering the order quantity, the item can be added to the cart to continue shopping, or you can proceed to the cart to confirm the order.

To finalize the order, the buyer's company information is entered, and the process is completed.

Additionally, it is possible to create the same order by selecting from the registered swatches in the system.

Once the order is completed, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to both your company headquarters and your customer.

The "View All Orders" function is also available to query orders based on date or company.
