This program manages the dok production processes and allows users to record dok features, track length, and calculate waste. It monitors the length and weight of rolls according to defect types and automatically alerts the operator in case of defects. It supports component input for laminated duks and generates daily production reports. It works integrated with shipment, production, and finance modules.
FEATURES OF THE DOK TO ROLL WINDING PROGRAM | |
---|---|
The opened dok’s features are selected once on the computer screen. | ✓ |

The roll map (based on defect entries) is displayed on screen; prints labels reversed (in unwinding direction); informs which defect occurs at what length during garment production. | ✓ |
Calculates average roll length by optimization and automatically alerts the operator with exact length when a defect is encountered. | ✓ |
Optional roll weight measurement via indicator, recording kg and printing on label. | ✓ |
Component input support for laminated duks (optional feature). | ✓ |
Automatic roll assignment according to dok. | ✓ |
Continuous and point defect differentiation by defect types. | ✓ |
