This automation system allows for the seamless entry of fabric data (type, pattern code, color, operator, width, order/batch numbers, etc.) and defect details directly from the PC during quality control. Additionally, our integrated barcode labeling feature ensures that fabric rolls are labeled rapidly and accurately.

The system comprises an encoder for precise length measurement, the KalkonV10 quality control software, and an industrial PC with a protective enclosure. An optional fabric weighing indicator is also available upon request.
